Employees and employers are rethinking work – and their total rewards packages. The events of the past few years have dramatically changed what employees value. But, have you changed your total rewards approach? Between hybrid/remote workplaces, rapidly increasing compensation and a renewed focus on DE&I and mental health, your employees expect more from you. Prepare for the future with this fast-paced session that will give you the framework and specific strategies you need to understand your workforce and plan for their needs now and in the future. Megan strives to create engaging workplaces that value talent by aligning an organization and its goals. This enables her to design valuable compensation structures that attract, engage, and retain top talent. As Vice President, Total Rewards Practice, Megan advises clients on how to meet their organization’s goals through total rewards and compensation strategy. She builds and designs market competitive base and incentive pay structures throughout the organization, including prioritizing compensation as a key component of the employee value proposition. With over 16 years’ experience as a volunteer leader at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Megan has invested in building and strengthening the HR community. She is currently the national Membership Advisory Council representative for the North Central Region, which is the highest level of volunteer leadership within SHRM. She is the immediate past State Director for HR Indiana SHRM. Megan attended Purdue University where she graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Science in Organizational Communication.
